Voice Processing for Pronunciation Feedback
Our Services include feedback to help users improve their pronunciation. Audio used for pronunciation assessment is processed in real-time and is not stored. Voice data exists only momentarily during the analysis process and is immediately deleted after feedback is provided.
We use a secure third-party service to analyze pronunciation accuracy. This service processes audio instantly without retention, providing only feedback scores that cannot be used to reconstruct the original audio.
Like all other aspects of our Services, voice processing operates without identifying individual users and cannot be linked to any specific child or family. This practice aligns with FTC guidance regarding voice as a replacement for text when used for specific service purposes and immediately deleted after processing.
